Lindy Mount
I'm a native Oregonian, born and raised in Portland. I moved to Bend in 2004. I have been in the Fitness industry for 40+ years. I have a love for the outdoors and movement. I enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, and of course skiing at the mountain. I know that wear and tear can catch up with all of us and we have to expand our tool box to stay moving and functional.
I have experienced a difficult outcome from a full knee replacement and that is when I discovered Light Force Deep Tissue Laser Therapy. It has made such a difference in my recovery that it motivated me to want to help others with their recovery from injuries and pain issues.
EXPERIENCED KNOWLEDGE
I'm a native Oregonian and I hold a Fitness Technology degree from Portland Community College.
I am certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Personal Trainer. I am certified by AIMLA (American Institute of Medical Laser Applications) for laser therapy. In Portland, I worked at the Fitness Place Studio, Tri D Sports in Beaverton and taught classes out at Swan Island for the US Navy.
In Bend, I have worked for Juniper Swim & Fitness Center and Larkspur/Bend Senior Center since 2005 teaching a variety of classes. I also teach private customized fitness instruction for my clients.
